TRG 354 Black Synthetic is an specialty open gear grease designed for the use in applications where either high or low temperatures, high water resistance and moisture stability is required. TRG 354 is a synthetic polymer based lubricant that provides non-fling characteristics to prevent pitting, scoring, galling, seizing and feathering. The unique synthetic formulation provides excellent water wash-out protection at high - low temperature extremes. TRG 354 "Black Synthetic" lubricates, seals and protects from temperature extremes of 20 F to 350 F constant operation temperatures, with a high dropping point of 500 F. It contains no tars or asphaltic compounds found in conventional open gear greases. The synthetic polymer base provides a rheological film formation that gives excellent lubrication qualities, excellent anti-wear characteristics and excellent mechanical stability. TRG 354 exceeds conventional open gear lubricants with its ability to reach extremes of temperature, provide long term protection in damp or salt spray environments. Its tenacious film characteristics will not wash off, nor separate, embrittle or harden.

TRG # 355 Synthi-C

Trojan's TRG 355 Synthi "C" is a high temperature, rheological, open gear grease, specifically designed for applications requiring a non-fling, non-carbonizing, non melt, non-hardening lubricant. TRG 355 is also desirable in applications where a tenacious and continuous lubrication film is needed to ensure anti-wear properties, and to prevent against seizing, galling, pitting and scoring. TRG 355 Synthetic "C" is a colourless base synthetic lubricant, fortified with metallic solids, giving it a characteristic copper colour. Under extended periods of extreme temperatures, the fluid component vapourizes slowly, leaving no ash or carbon hardening residues. The metallic solids portion provides an additional anti-wear resistance film that plates the gear teeth. The synthetic polymer base provides for excellent shear stability with a fortified tack property that exhibits superior anti-fling characteristics. It is asphaltic & tar free, non melting synthetic lubricant with excellent water resistance, high temperature, non carbonizing, non hardening, EP fortified. TRG 355 contains no soaps, fatty acids or water content. It is metallic solids fortified, with EP additives and rust & anti-corrosion additives.
