Trojan food grade machinery gear oils are manufactured from high purity USP white oil bases, fortified with approved incidental food contact additives to provide extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-corrosion anti-rust characteristics. These gear oils are clear, colourless, odourless lubricants exhibiting superior lubrication properties to conventional food grade gear oils. They have been designed for trouble free operation under extreme or demanding processing conditions.

| The TRL 310-315 series are ISO 100 to 680, high purity single grade, food machinery, gear oils. Formulated from USP white base
oils, with E.P., anti-corrosion anti-wear additives. They are clear, clean and odourless in operation, conforming to H1 specifications.
The TRL 310-315 series is designed for food and sanitary operations.
Special Benefits: The TRL 310-315 series of food grade machinery gear oils show outstanding fluid resistance to air and high temperatures. They extend lubrication life, keep gearboxes free of sludge and varnishes, protect gears from moisture damages, prevent emulsion formations, protect bronze and copper components while preventing gear teeth damage. With anti-wear and E.P. fortification, there is reduced gear and bearing wear and improved load carrying capabilitiies. The TRL 310-315 series exhibits very good viscosity indicies, with temperature operational ranges from -12 C to + 290 C. The TRL 310-315 series are approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.

TRL # 338 is a multi-grade SAE 75/90, food machinery, high purity gear oil. Formulated from USP white base oils, with E.P., anti-corrosion anti-wear additives. Clear, clean and odourless in operation, conforming to H1 specifications, TRL 317 is designed for food and sanitary operations. TRL # 339 is a multi-grade SAE 85/140, food machinery, high purity gear oil. Formulated from USP white base oils, with E.P., anti-corrosion anti-wear additives. Clear, clean and odourless in operation, conforming to H1 specifications, TRL 317 is designed for food and sanitary operations. Special Benefits: TRL 337-339 are used in applications where inventories of various grades of food machinery gear oils are required. They exhibit very good viscosity indices, are resistant to air and high temperatures, provide protection against emulsion formations, sludging and varnishing, and protect bronze and copper components.
