Food Grade Greases
| Trojan's food machinery greases are designed for both sanitary and food processing applications, where purity and performance are required hand-in-hand. These greases excell in their specific application realms, from the temperture ranges of ultra low to very high, under extremes of pressure and under conditions of high water, they provide superior lubrication properties, tenacious film forming characteristics, while providing the user with confidence of purity and cost effectiveness. | |

| TRG # 409 is an NLGI
#1, E.P. white grease (AAA rated)
for use on food processing machinery. TRG 409 is based upon a USP white
oil - aluminum complexed, fortified with anti-wear, anti-corrosion and
extreme pressure additives. It is effective from 0 F to 400 +F and demonstrates
excellent anti-fling and anti-water washout
characteristics. It is suitable for NLGI #1 applications and most autolube
systems. Conforms to H1 classification.
Trojan's TRG 409 (#1) is a specialized lubricant for the application of food processing, packaging, and storing establishments, such as meat and poultry plants, canning plants, bottling plants, fruit houses, dairies, bakeries, kitchens etc. TRG 409 is also designed for use in hospitals, hotels, textile mills, resident care, nursing homes, cosmetic industries. TRG 409 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments. |

| TRG # 410 is an NLGI
#2, E.P. white grease (AAA rated) for
use on food processing machinery. It is similar to the TRG #409 (above),
except formulated to a #2 grade. The temperature range is elevated to an
operational point of 500 F.
Conforms to H1 classification.
Trojan's TRG 410 (#2) is a specialized lubricant for the application of food processing, packaging, and storing establishments, such as meat and poultry plants, canning plants, bottling plants, fruit houses, dairies, bakeries, kitchens etc. TRG 410 is also designed for use in hospitals, hotels, textile mills, resident care, nursing homes, cosmetic industries. TRG 410 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments. |

| TRG 467 is a grease specially formulated for the lubrication of
equipment and machinery in high temperature applications, where a clear, odourless,
non fling non carbonizing, non hardening, non melting grease is desired for low to medium
speed bearings and open gear applications. It is also desired in applications where a t
enacious and continuous lubrication film is needed to ensure anti wear protection.
It is a unique, non melt formulation of thickened synthetic oils and polymers, that are completely non carbonizing. When exposed to extended periods of extreme temperatures, the fluid component vapourizes slowly leaving no ash or carbon, hardening or residue. TRG 467’s synthetic polymer base provides for excellent shear stability with a fortified tack property that exhibits superior anti-fling chacteristics, while providing a tenancious lubrication film. TRG 467 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments. |

| Duraclear LT is a NLGI # 1 grease specially formulated for the lubrication of
equipment and machinery in high temperature applications, where a clear, odourless,
non fling -non carbonizing, non hardening, sanitary food grade grease is desired.
It is also desired in applications where a tenacious and continuous lubrication film is
needed to ensure anti wear protection.

| TRG # 482-2, is an NLGI
# 2 grade, E.P. food machinery grease with an elevated temperature range to 500 F.
(Conforms to H1 classification)
TTRG 482 (2) is superior in operation and is particularly useful in both hot and cold environments. It is especially effective in areas where extreme pressures and/or water and steam are present. It has exceptional water resistance and lubricity, and with rust and oxidation inhibited, it does not discolour or oxidize in normal service load conditions. TRG 482 (2) exhibits excellent shear and mechanical stability. It does not become soft or run off and is effective to temperature extremes of up to 500 F. Since it is clean, colourless, odourless and pure, it is safe to use in all sanitary applications. TRG 482 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered establishments. |

| TRG # 484 is an NLGI
# 0, E.P. clear grease
designed for food processing machinery that operates under extremely low
temperature conditions. It is ideally suited for cold
storage and blast freezers , as well as finding
applications in auto lube systems requiring an NLGI # 0 grease. Its clear
characteristics make it well suited for packaging operations where white
grease stains are not tolerable. Conforms to H1 classification.
TRG 484 is superior in operation and is particularly useful in extremely demanding applications of low temperatures. It exhibits exceptional water resistance and lubricity. It is rust and oxidation inhibited and does not discolour or oxidize in normal service load conditions. TRG 484 is colourless in operation, excellent water resistance, good storage stability, shear and mechanically stable and is readily pumpable. It does not become hard or embrittle and is effective to temperature extremes of down to -55 F. Being clean, colourless, odourless and pure, it is safe to use in all sanitary applications. TRG 484 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered establishments. |
