TRB #506 Dry Moly Lube

TRB # 506 is a liquid-aerosol spray, grey-black lubricant. It is used for Lubricating machinery and equipment and providing an anti-friction, anti-seize micro-film of molybdenum disulfide in industrial applications.

TRB 506 is used in wire drawing, high temperature conveyors and bearings, high speed gears, high speed chains, pump assemblies, machine tools. Typical industry users are foundries, laundries, bakeries, cement plants, aircraft, automotive, newspaper, printing, paper conversions, chemical plants, textile mills, mining, farm and construction, and in all areas where high incidence of dust and abrasive materials prevail.

TRB # 510 is a Liquid-aerosol spray, white lubricant. It is used for lubricating machinery and equipment, moving and sliding parts and providing anti-friction in sanitary operations.

TRB 510 is used in marine, automotive, aircraft, farm, food processing, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, institutions, and bakeries. TRB # 517 is a liquid-aerosol spray, black. It is used for lubricating and protecting gears, chains and wire ropes.

TRB 517 is used in outdoor construction work, on such as, cranes, hoists, cables and gears; in dredging work, on such as, drag lines, open gears, winches; and in rock crushers, street cleaners and snow removal equipment.

TRB #520 Chain & Cable Lube with Moly

TRB 520 is a black molybdenum disulfide chain and cable lubricant aerosol. It is used on chains and cables in cement trucks, drive chains, marine cables, marine hoists, cranks, oil rigs, conveyor chains, steam shovels, earth movers, lifting and flaoting equipment, etc.

It contains penetrants that go to cable’s core. It has multiple rust and corrosion inhibitors, multiple moisture and water displacers, with molybdenun for greater adhesion and extreme pressure lubrication. It is Effective in any weather, and not affected by salt sprays or chemical vapours. Prevents jamming, and adheres without flinging or drip off.

TRB #525 Red Hot Grease

TRB 525 Red Hot is a liquid-aerosol spray, red lubricant. It is used for penetrating, lubricating and rust proofing of conveyors, cams, slides, valves, linkages, open gears, chains, fittings, couplings, wire ropes, cables, fork lifts and bushings under conditions of extreme pressure and temperatures, high shock loads, and exposure to salt spray, oxidation, water, steam, acids, dust and dirt. TRB 525 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.

TRB #568 Totally Synthetic Grease

TRB 568 Totally Synthetic Grease is an aerosol, 100% synthetic grease with teflon. It is a high performance, multi-purpose grease.

TRB 568 is totally synthetic, teflon fortified for added durability, for indoor and outdoor applications. It is chemical resistant, oxidation resistant, wash out resistant and has anti-wear and EP additives. It provides increased lubricity in high speed applications, under extreme cold to -65F and extreme heat to 500+F TRB 568 is non staining and odourless.

TRB #570 Tro-Lube (5-in-1 Composite)

TRB # 570 is a liquid-aerosol spray, with a solvent odour. It is used for lubricating , penetrating, cleaning, protecting and displacing moisture on metal surfaces and parts of electrical, mechanical and sporting equipment, machinery, engines, electric motors, circuits and ignition systems.

TRB # 577 is a liquid-aerosol spray, mild solvent odour. It is used for lubricating and coating of moulds, metal surfaces etc., with a microscopic film of Teflon to act as a release agent and lubricant. It can be used on rubber, metal, wood, glass, paper, plastics, elastomers and fibre. TRB 577 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.

TRB #580 Food Grade Machinery Lube

TRB # 580 is a liquid-aerosol spray, colourless, odourless. It is used to lubricate chains, cables, rollers, guide rails, sprockets, plungers, sanitary valves, parts, seals, gears, cams. conveyors.

TRB 580 will also provide an anti-rust and release agent film on equipment and parts where contact with food products in food processing and packaging plants is a possibility. TRB 580 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.

TRB #590 No-Seize

TRB # 590 is a liquid-aerosol spray, black-grey, solvent odour. It is used for lubricating, sealing and protecting metal parts under sustained conditions of high temperatures up to 2100 F and extreme pressure.

TRB 590 prevents against rust and corrosion, prevents galling, seizing, galvanic action, pitting and thread distortion, assuring long term protection with one application, even in damp areas or against salt spray. TRB 590 is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.

Kem-A-Loose

Kem-A-Loose is a specialty non flammable penetrant aerosol designed for dissasembling equipment and machinery which has been heavily impacted with rust, corrosion, sludge and grease.

The non-flammable formula eliminates the necessity for cutting off frozen bolts in the vast marority of cases, and at the same time eliminate the flammability hazard of cuttingor of conventional penetrating lubricants. Kem-A-Loose leaves behind a fine film of high strength lubricating oil on parts to help retard future corrosion, as well as to improve dissasembly of these parts. Kem-A-Loose is approved by Agriculture Canada for use in registered food processing establishments.
